Each item is made to order, with that being said, unfortunately B’s Local Threads does not accept exchanges and/or returns. Please reach out at bslocalthreads@gmail.com if you have an issue upon receiving your item(s). 

Damages and concerns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, including a picture, if you feel an item is defective or damaged. Please also contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Concerns must be reported to us within 30 days upon receiving items.
